St
Lazarus
St.
Lazarus, also known as Babalu-aye in the Santerian religion, is a master
healer. He is shown here on a bed of popcorn, a traditional offering.
A recipe for healing using the power of Lazarus is as follows. Make or
acquire a bowl of popcorn. Cover it with palm oil (available in botanicas).
Put it in a place of honor for 17 days. On the 17th day deposit it in
a place where animals can eat it. On the next day if it has disappeared,
consider your condition cured. St. Lazarus is notoriously modest. For
that reason we have depicted him in the most simple surroundings.
He
is available as 8x10 framed print, candle (perfect for situations that
require healing energy), and t-shirt (wonderful to wear when in need of
a healing)) and get well card.
