Love Veve

In Haitian Vodou the veve (ve-vay) is a symbolic design drawn to call down a particular Lwa (spirit). It may be drawn on the ground with eggshell, cornmeal or coffee grounds. It can also be embroidered with sequins on a prayer flag. The veve functions as a visual cue: As above, so below. We have created our Love Veve from candlelight and color. Our hope is that it will encourage your personal Love Spirits to serve your wildest dreams. This is a perfect valentine card, but I'll remind you of that in February.
