Feng Shui Frog

Here we see the three-legged Moon Frog sitting on the banks of the Hudson River on a February afternoon. His gift to us is wealth, long life, luck and safety. His three legs represent heaven, earth and humanity. Sitting on a bed of coins and holding a golden coin in his mouth, he encourages prosperity when placed facing a front door. It is believed that even a frog needs to rest, and when not actively seeking wealth, the coin should be removed from his mouth. (I doubt that he gets much rest.) This Frog is from the collection of Judika Illes.
